Nose: Dried berries, cocoa and earthy mushrooms. Black pepper, tobacco leaf, and herb.
Palate: Dried strawberry, dark chocolate, black pepper, and a nice savory earthiness.
Brick red color with moderate legs, nice balanced tannins and acidity with a well-balanced finish.
Winemaker Notes
Will cellar for at least another 15 years; decant for at least an hour.
